• If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
• Parts will not be replaced if it is “just old” as long as it performs well
• Treat others the way you want to be treated yourself
• If I’m not comfortable making a repair on my own horn, I won’t be doing it on yours

Repair warranty: all repairs have a 12 month warranty unless damage is due to excessive force and/or improper care of instrument.
